Mentorship focuses on reflection, direction, and connection.

Apprenticeship builds skills through paid, hands-on work with real clients.

Community Projects Lab supports active ventures with strategy, funding, and partnerships.

Mentorship

For young adults seeking connection, clarity, and trusted support as they navigate school, work, and adulthood.
 

Participants work with mentors who offer practical advice, accountability, and perspective.

Apprenticeship

For young adults who want real work experience and professional skill building.
 

Apprentices contribute to real projects while building confidence, portfolios, and foundational workplace and entrepreneurial skills.

Community Projects Lab

For adults already developing a community or entrepreneurial venture.
 

Participants receive support with securing funding, refining their vision, and building partnerships for projects that benefit Somerville and nearby communities.
