We support young adults as they turn their values, ideas, and lived experience into meaningful work, self-directed lives, and a stronger Somerville.
Our mentors have walked the same paths as the young people we serve, bringing experience, understanding, and trust to every conversation.
We utilize Co-Active Coaching strategies, and are informed by Urban Institute's Upward Mobility Framework.
Join us in creating pathways for young people to grow into leaders within Somerville.
In Somerville, turning 18 can feel like the end of your time in the community. Youth programs end, the sense of belonging and support often disappears. It can be unclear what to do next.
