Mentorship
If you want someone in your corner and the time and space to reflect on what’s next in your life, apply to join our mentorship program.
We work with young adults ages 18-24 from the Somerville area who want support in defining their values, creating clear action plans, and making progress toward goals related to education, career, and wellness.
When you work with us, we want you to feel:

Whether you’re creating a blueprint for the next year or deepening work you’re already doing, our mentors and staff are here to listen, encourage, and connect you to real opportunities.
Our team was born and raised in Somerville and has worked with hundreds of young people navigating adulthood, education, and work in this city.
