In Somerville, turning 18 can feel like the end of your time in the community. Youth programs end, the sense of belonging and support often disappears. It can be unclear what to do next.

The Somerville Mentorship Program supports young adults as they turn their values, ideas, and lived experience into meaningful work, self-directed lives, and a stronger Somerville.
Our mentors have walked the same paths as the young people we serve, bringing experience, understanding, and trust to every conversation.
