We work on real projects, building practical skills, portfolios, and professional confidence. This is hands-on learning is designed to help you grow faster than classroom or entry-level work alone. Apprentice pay starts at 25$/hr.

We offer apprenticeships in technology (web design, automation, videography), marketing, project management, sales, and group facilitation.
Apprentices receive support, feedback, and structure while contributing real value to community partners.
We partner with local Community Organizations like The Welcome Project and The Great Malden Outdoors.
