Looking for the time, space, and resources to reflect on what’s next in your life? Apply to join our mentorship program!
We work with young adults ages 18-24 from the Somerville area who want support in defining their values, creating action plans, and making progress toward goals related to education, career, and wellness. All participants receive $500 to put toward their goals at the end of the session.
When you work with us, we want you to feel:

Whether you’re creating a blueprint for your next year or deepening work you’re already doing, our mentors and staff are here to listen, encourage, and connect you to real opportunities.
Our team was born and raised in Somerville and has worked with hundreds of young people navigating adulthood, education, and employment in this city.
